Buying guide: Agriculture from China

Yes. Engines must be EPA Tier 4 Final certified and the tractor needs a DOT/EPA import declaration; many exporters ship compact tractors with certified engines. Confirm ROPS certification and parts availability.

Fertilizers: state registration (each US state) and labelling with guaranteed analysis; some products need EPA registration. Seeds: USDA APHIS phytosanitary certificate, import permit and Federal Seed Act labelling; some species are prohibited.

Structures ship as KD steel bundles plus film/PC panels; a 40’HQ carries roughly 2,000–3,000 m² of polytunnel structure. Request engineering calculations for your snow and wind loads.
